“The host was very helpful and responded very quickly during check-in. The apartment was clean and looked just like the photos.”

“While the home was in a quiet neighborhood, I would not stay here again. I booked the home on the same day we were arriving as I kept debating to stay in a hotel since I will be in NC maybe 15 more times this year and figure it would be best to stay in an airbnb. We could not do an early check in as the host would not accommodate. We were sitting in front of the home for more than an hour waiting for 4pm to check in. I was given the wrong passcode to access the home and had to wait for the host to give correct code an additional 15 mins later. Wifi was not working for 3 nights. We had no towels provided and went to Walgreens to buy towels at 10 pm which host reimbursed. No soap or toilet paper provided. Luckily, I had soap and toilet paper since we were moving my son and had packed sone in the moving van. Stains on the curtains by the dining area as previous guests may have had small children whom may have throw food across the room.”
