• High Quality Sheets! What’s the point of having an awesome mattress without having soft, comfy sheets? Our units boast 100% Organic cotton cooling percale weave and soft breathable bed sheets and pillow cases. Lay down, slip into them and enjoy how fresh and comfortable they are.

• Fiber optic internet is always in all our units where available with Ethernet hand-offs for a direct, private connection up to 3GB: faster than WiFi! If you need additional Ethernet ports, we are happy to provide you with an ethernet switch free of charge, just ask us in chat.

• Samsung smartTVs in most units, with 100+ channels of TV Plus along with your popular streaming services.

• 24/7 Customer Service: Having any issue with your stay, want to make changes to your booking or need help? Customer service is available to you 24/7. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home on Lawrence Rd has been professionally managed and carefully maintained for many years. It is cleaned top-to-bottom after every stay, kept in excellent condition, and sits in a convenient, central Cary location.
Our overall rating is currently lower than the property and care we provide deserve. This is the result of a small number of past guests who booked with the clear intention of breaking house rules and then left negative reviews after being held accountable:

One guest misrepresented a pet as a service animal, then left a low review after being charged the standard pet fee.
Another caused significant damage to a wall that was never reported at check-in; they reacted poorly when a damage claim was filed.
A third group attempted to bring 25+ people into the home for an unauthorized party.

We enforce our rules consistently because we take pride in protecting the home, our neighbors, and future guests. Guests who respect occupancy limits, the pet policy, and the property itself consistently leave happy and give us strong reviews.
