However, it did feel a bit rushed when we arrived. The TV was still on the floor and hadn’t been set up, there were no trash bags provided, we noticed some stains on the walls, and a few chairs were broken. Thankfully, no one got hurt, but that’s something that should definitely be addressed.
On the plus side, the location is convenient—it's close to the fairgrounds and within walking distance to a gas station if needed.
With a bit more attention to detail and preparation, this could be a really great stay" (6/5)

Place was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival (which was fixed the next day while we were in the house)

Wifi wasn’t working (which was fixed quickly)

Host wasn’t clear about whether or not there would be a discount or remediation due to the place not being cleaned and the trash found all over the place.

He did not granted any discounts or waived 
/refunded any fees and communication was poor after checkout.

Are carpet with huge curled on the corners, not save for children and aging adults This is a very spacious house with great space but needs lots of care. Beds and linens in great condition. Tubs and clean, some mold on the grout. Maintenance crew for this home need to step it up. 
Awesome park across the street. Will love to stay in this location again but only if some changes are done.
