I think it was 5 days and no one answered me until the day of the booking. The location was convenient and it was roomy. we liked that it had a little backyard. I will see it really needs a deep cleaning and repairs done. The flooring is separating leaving it harder to clean and dirt behind. The floors themselves were clean but where the floors were separating, the door jam area, and all of the corner round was filthy. I took a picture of the door area that was really dirty with medicine in there too. I brought my one year old so that was not thrilling. The place lacked a lot of little conveniences.
