- **Michael Burdell**: "This is an adequate place to stay. It’s a good location and it’s a quiet house to sleep in, but it certainly feels like a cheap college house. Beds weren’t comfortable. Windows and under beds were dusty/dirty. Bath towels were stained. 

You can make this place work for a couple nights but it certainly isn’t nice or upscale. More of an extended stay feel than a courtyard Marriott feel.

Nothing particularly wrong with the house, but every accessory was cheap. It’ll make your wife grumble." (6/5)

The home looked untouched far as a clean trash was under beds in dressers dusty, sticky floors , dirty tissues at the entrance. Only one tv out of 4 worked,just wasn’t cleaned. I even thought we was wrong placed   Jess the owner came out to bring us towels. And was very helpful.  Far as home it just was neglected by the property owner or cleaner I sent photos to the owner she was very embarrassed and tried make things right. She even offered to send someone to clean home but we just did it. I felt bad enough for her with how the home was.  It wasn’t even locked when we got there. Just looked like last people just left and no one cleaned. It looked distraught.  We was there for softball games so only a short time. But it was huge disappointment, I felt bad and hope they fix the issues. It’s a lovely home" (6/5)
